DIANNE DUVA, CFP®
Dianne Duva, CFP® is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Arlington Financial Advisors, a Santa Barbara-based wealth management firm serving high-net-worth families, business owners, and women in transition. With more than two decades of experience in financial planning, Dianne helps clients navigate complex financial decisions and align their wealth with their long-term goals. Her areas of expertise include retirement planning, investment management, estate and tax planning, insurance planning, and comprehensive wealth management.
As a founding partner of Arlington Financial Advisors, Dianne has helped build the firm into one of the region's leading independent advisory practices. Today, the firm manages more than $1.5 billion in client assets and remains committed to delivering personalized advice and exceptional client service.
A graduate of The George Washington University, Dianne is passionate about financial education and community engagement. She co-hosts the weekly radio show Makin' It, broadcast on AM 1290 and FM 96.9 in Santa Barbara, where she and her co-host explore topics related to financial well-being, entrepreneurship, investing, personal success, and current economic trends.
Dianne is deeply involved in the Santa Barbara community. She currently serves on the Board of the Estate Planning Council of Santa Barbara and the AAPLE Academy Foundation. She also serves as Chair of the Corporate Sponsorship Committee for Our Lady of Mount Carmel School. In addition, she is a member of the Women's Economic Ventures League of Extraordinary Women and the Women's Fund of Santa Barbara.
Her commitment to leadership and service has been a hallmark of her career. In 2011, she was selected as a Katherine Harvey Fellow, a prestigious 18-month leadership development program. She served as President of the Junior League of Santa Barbara in 2007 and completed the Leadership Santa Barbara County program in 2005.
Dianne lives in Santa Barbara with her husband, Rob, and their two children. When she is not working with clients or volunteering in the community, she enjoys supporting her children's activities, playing pickleball and helping individuals and families build confidence in their financial futures.
