Frank Tabar joined Arlington Financial Advisors in May 2024. He is both the Chief Operations Officer and the Chief Trust Officer, in addition to being one of the Founders of the Santa Barbara Trust Company.  Frank has a lifetime of knowledge in trust, wealth management, and banking both on the regulation and compliance side as well as front line client service.  Frank and his wife are long-time residents of Santa Barbara.  Frank served as Senior Trust manager at Santa Barbara Bank and Trust for many years as well as other organizations such as Citizens Bank of Pasadena, Bank of the West, and Farmers and Merchants Trust Company. He has an MBA from National University. He is a Certified Trust Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner

Frank currently serves on the board of Santa Barbara City College Foundation; Board president, Breast Cancer Resource Center; Board president, Channel City Club & Committee on Foreign Relations; and a member of the Rotary Club of Santa Barbara Sunrise.
